Entertaiment, a form of recreation, can be as simple as clowns at children’s birthday parties or as grand as stadium rock concerts. It can relieve stress and anxiety, build self-esteem, encourage communication skills and promote friendships. It can be as passive as watching TV or as active as playing sports or games.
